Follow the scientific figures in 2000 census we had 209,128,094 adults in USA, I was told in 1975, a scholarly man relayed to me that 67% use alcohol and/or drugs. That means today 138,418,729 adults using alcohol and/or drugs. One user from 8.67 that uses will become addicted. That means we have 16,080,592 addicted folks out there in the good old USA. I have never heard anyone challenge these theories. When we talk about other illnesses in this country we speak in these terms.
Will this change the above numbers
