Many people say an addict could stop using drugs and/or alcohol if he wished. To me, that is like saying a schizophrenic does not have to dodge or run to get out of the way when he has an illusion that someone is shooting at him.

Budgeting Busting
All the talk about Budget Cutting, not one word about moneys going to the DEA and supporting the drug prohibition laws at the Federal, State and Local level. They have actually added another substance to the prohibited list.
Let us throw the women and children along with the blacks and hispanics overboard first!
